We currently work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday. If we have extra work, we have overtime opportunities on Fridays at 8 hours.

We offer a full range of benefits. Health care after 90 days of employment, the employee pays 20% and Rivereast covers 80%. We have a 401k after one year of employment, Rivereast will match 3% up to 3%. We also have an automatic profit sharing plan. The employee is entered and after 5 years of service, they are entitled to the vested profit on their behalf. Depending on the year, we put in extra at the benefit of our employees.
